These terms apply to the public CARE WEST FLOW website operated by Care West Pty Ltd (ABN 73 127 994 673; ACN 661 444 382). Separate subscription and service terms will apply before an organisation receives a live workspace.

Website information

The website provides general product information and invitations to request a demonstration. Features, availability and prices may change before a subscription is accepted. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

No compliance guarantee

CARE WEST FLOW is a record and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, clinical, accounting, payroll or regulatory advice, and use of the software does not by itself make an organisation compliant with NDIS, aged-care, workplace or privacy requirements.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, copy protected material unlawfully, or use the service in a way that breaches another person's rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

CARE WEST FLOW branding, website content and software are owned by or licensed to Care West Pty Ltd. You may view the public website for legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce, resell or reverse engineer protected material except where the law permits.

Third-party services

The website or service may link to or integrate with third-party products. Those products have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. A reference to the NDIS or aged care does not imply government endorsement or affiliation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information, third-party services, unauthorised use or events outside our reasonable control.
